Jennifer Chung's New MTV... Wow!!

Wow... This is what I call with passion, one can accomplish a great deal of things.

Recently, Jennifer Chung has become a hot YouTube celebrity. What? You do not know who Jennifer Chung is?

Bad kid... You certainly haven't been reading this blog regularly ah...

Well, for a recap, here is the link to the previous blog post which I wrote about her, her sweet voice and her wonderful songs:

Jennifer Chung - One Talented Singer

And now, she has gone a step further in her "career" as a YouTube celebrity. She recently just flimed her own MTV! How cool is that!

For a girl who just sings for fun and start posting videos of her singing songs to creating her own original songs to now fliming her own MTV.

I can really see the passion burning within her. To speak the truth, how many of us are really able to go that far out to do what we desire, dream and want?

Just look at her? Who says being who you are, going after what you like isn't going to make you happy? Quite contrary, I see the sparkles in her eyes, something which I do not see in many eyes of the people nowadays.

Therefore, if you do not have the determination and perseverance to do what you like and desire, now may be a good time to get that mind of yours working.

I too am going to start doing what I need to do. Time for procrastination is over. Now is time of serious work, severe and consistent focus and cocentration

Do click on the below link should you want a bigger screen and better quality video. Highly recommended!

Attitude Determines Attitude

I woke up early today, excited over all I get to do before
the clock strikes midnight. I have responsibilities to
fulfill today. I am important. My job is to choose what kind
of day I am going to have.

Today I can complain because the weather is rainy or I can
be thankful that the grass is getting watered for free.
Today I can feel sad that I don't have more money or I can
be glad that my finances encourage me to plan my purchases
wisely and guide me away from waste.
Today I can grumble about my health or I can rejoice that I
am alive.
Today I can lament over all that my parents didn't give me
when I was growing up or I can feel grateful that they
allowed me to be born.
Today I can cry because roses have thorns or I can celebrate
that thorns have roses.
Today I can mourn my lack of friends or I can excitedly
embark upon a quest to discover new relationships.
Today I can whine because I have to go to work or I can
shout for joy because I have a job to do.
Today I can complain because I have to go to school or
eagerly open my mind and fill it with rich new tidbits of
Today I can murmur dejectedly because I have to do housework
or I can feel honored because the Lord has provided shelter
for my mind, body and soul.
Today stretches ahead of me, waiting to be shaped. And here
I am, the sculptor who gets to do the shaping.
What today will be like is up to me. I get to choose what
kind of day I will have!

I Never Know Oprah Had Such Power!

Did Oprah cause the economic crash? It is possible she is at least partly to blame. A year and a half ago the economy was humming along doing fine, consumer confidence was high and so was the stock market. Then Oprah had the author to the book The Secret on her program not once but twice to promote it.

The Secret uses junk science to convince gullible people they can have whatever they want if they wish it into existence.

Ten million people bought the book and began secretly using the secret to get what they wanted. A new house or car, a big screen TV, and a vacation to Hawaii were all high on the lists of most people. When the secret wasn’t working, they used their credit cards and took out loans and got what they secretly wanted anyway because they believed the secret would secretly send them money to pay for it all so they didn’t worry. They are worried now because there is no money.

Now we are in the midst of an economic crisis. It is no secret that overextending your purchasing power and expecting a miracle will make you go into delinquency, foreclosure, and bankruptcy. I wonder how many of those readers of The Secret would secretly like to sue Oprah and the author of The Secret for influencing them to foolishly destroy their own lives? A real secret is that influence is one of the mechanisms of the money matrix.

If you don’t believe only ten million people could destroy the economy of the U.S. or that Oprah could influence a crisis in the economy I’ll show you how it works.

In 1996 Oprah had a guest talk about Mad Cow on her program and she said something to the effect that she wasn’t going to eat another burger. Texas cattlemen lost $12 million as cattle prices dropped and beef consumption went down. That was just $12 million in Texas. Total loses nation wide were likely $100 million. So in the past, Oprah has had an influence on at least one sector of the economy and if she endorses a book the author becomes a millionaire, count two of influence on the economy.

If you don’t think only 10 million people can crash the economy, consider how few people it takes to elect a President. There are 300 million Americans, half of them are eligible to vote, 150 million. Half of those eligible to vote actually register, 75 million.

On election day half of the registered voters vote, 37.5 million. 51% vote for the winning candidate, 19.25 million. That is only 6.4% of the U.S. population, and only 12.8% of eligible voters. You only need to influence 6.4% of eligible registered voters that actually vote to get elected!

10 million people is only 6.6% of consumers. I wouldn’t say Oprah was malicious or intended to crash the economy, she was merely a tool of influence for the Money Matrix. With the Butterfly Effect, what affects 10 million affects us all. A trail of information leads only to the truth. Wake up people, the money matrix has you.

No Talking Among The Boys & Girls Please

Can you imagine going to a college or University but cannot have any interaction with the opposite sex!?

Sound ridiculous? Think again!

In the Sathyabama University, Chennai, students of the opposite sex are prohibited from talking to each other, not even studies related.

Don't believe me? Well, have a look at the University rules and regulations. Seems to me that they are pretty proud about their rules that they have them in print.

Click on the image above to enlarge it

Still skeptical if something like that can happen? Well, take a look at the cover story of an English New channel.
TimesNow - Regressive separation of the sexes?

Look at the rule (k), how ridiculous it that? Frankly speaking, do the parents even give a damn if their children are talking to people of the opposite sex? Certainly, I will think that my child is abnormal if they do not look at humans of the opposite sex. I will be very, very worried about it.

I wonder if that explains why sometimes I see Indians walking on the streets of Singapore Little India holding hands? Is that the Indian culture or is it because of the "oppression" they suffer?

That sort of University will be the last place I will want to send my child for his/her tertiary education. Think about it, how can you expect your child to receive a world-class education service while the people managing the University hold such out-of-the-world ideas in the minds of theirs?

Have A Little Faith. It's All You Need!

This is a story about a dog who was born on Christmas Eve. He was born with 3 legs - 2 healthy hind legs and 1 abnormal front leg which needed to be amputated. He of course could not walk when he was born. Even his mother did not want him. He was rejected and scorned.

His first owner also did not think that he could survive. Therefore , he was thinking of putting him to sleep.. At this time , his present owner Jude Stringfellow came into his life and wanted to take care of him. She was determined to teach and train this dog to walk by himself. She thought, all we need is a little faith. Therefore she named him 'Faith.'

In the beginning , she put Faith on a surf board to let him feel the movements of the water. Later she used peanut butter on a spoon as a lure and to reward him for standing up and jumping around. Even the other dogs at home helped to encourage him to walk. Amazingly , after only 6 months , like a miracle , Faith learned to balance on his 2 hind legs and jumped to move forward. After further training in the snow , he can now walk like a human being.

Faith loves to walk around now. No matter where he goes , he just attracts all the people around him. He is now becoming famous on the international scene. He has appeared in various newspapers and TV shows. There is even one book entitled 'With a little faith' being published about him. He was even considered to appear in one of Harry Potter movies.

His present owner Jude Stringfellow has given up her teaching job and plans to take him around the world to preach , 'that even without a perfect body, one can have a perfect soul.'

In life there are always undesirable things. Perhaps a person who feels things are not going as well as they could will feel better if they change their point of view and see things from another perspective.

Perhaps this message will bring fresh new ways of thinking to everyone. Perhaps everyone can appreciate and be thankful for each beautiful day that follows.

Life is the continual demonstration of the power of thinking positive and having faith. Believe in yourself. Never lose faith.

An Orange, A Egg Or A Lemon?

Since young, I have always been fascinated by the works of magician, not those who perform on stage, but those who did street magics where they can show it in the public eyes them levitating, going through solid glass planes etc.

And below is one of the few magics which I am most astonished about. Now, I am not going to tell you what it is. You have to watch it to find out! Don't worry, I'm sure you will find your time worth it.

Listen Up Singaporeans! Great Tasty Cookies Are For Sale!

Chinese New Year is just around the corner. Are you still scratching your head on what CNY goodies to buy and offer to your relatives and friends who come to your house on that festive occassion?

No worries fellow Singaporeans, Zach to the rescue. =P

Recently, one of my friends had just set up her blog to promote her home-made cookies and tarts in Singapore.

No, no! She is not a 15-20 years old little girl who is selling tarts to get some extra pocket money? In fact, my friend is old enough to be my grandmother! Even so, she is one very young-at-heart "old girl"! An entrepreneur at her age, how inspiring and motivating.

I remember last time she was promoting home-made cookies. However, this time as Chinese New Year is approaching (fast), she is promoting her freshly baked tarts on her website.

Here are some pictures of her masterpiece. Doesn't it just makes you drool simply from the looks of them? =D

Freshly baked tarts

Just a closer look at how well the tarts are done

Tarts in small bottle

Looking for a bigger serving? This is the one

Unlike those tarts which you buy off the shelves from the brick-and-mortar where the tarts are placed there for quite some time before you bring them home, Amy has promised that all tarts will only be baked 2 days prior to your collection.

This ensures that you will only receive pineapple tarts which will always taste fresh and tasty as they should be.

So, how much will these drooling, mouth-watering tarts cost you? Definitely not a hand or a limb like the ones you find outside. =D

If you were to order from Amy, you can be certain to be provided the best, delicious pineapple for a price you will not find outside:

Small Bottle (around 25 pieces) -- $10
Big Bottle (around 56 pieces) -- $19

To make things better, payments will only be collected upon you receiving and verifying your goods. (I like to believe that the transactions are done in cash. No nets and credit cards. You may want to further clarify her on this. Lolx...)

If you are interested, you can always reach her easily through her email or her personal phone.
Amy's email address:
Amy's mobile no: 81121006

Also, please feel free to head down to her blog for more up to date information:

Do support her and her small venture. It will be very much appreciated, by her and me as well.

Oh, happy preparing for your CNY!

This Is Definitely One Bad Attitude!

I have written some articles about the importance of good attitude. However, I still have some readers replying that they aren't too sure what a good attitude means.

Therefore, I believe the next easier method for us to understand what actually differentiate a good attitude from a bad one is through learning through life examples.

Before you good into the short video clip below, ask yourself, what will be your possible reaction towards a traffic officer who issues you a speed ticketing?

Have that in mind? Great! Now, go ahead and watch the video and do comparison.

How Long Have You Not Being Doing This?

WWhen was the time you last compliment others for their dresses, character, personality or simply the way they look. Oftentimes, we enjoy listening to compliments other give us. However, not many of us are ready to give them to others.

The Law of Cause and Effect states that what you give, you will receive. Think about it, if you seek to attract trustworthy and sincere friends into your life, what type of person you first need to become? You do need to become a trustworthy and sincere friend as well, don't you?

Therefore, if it is compliments which want to receive from others, it just make sense for you to first offer yours to others. Also, complimenting others not only bring great joy to others, it also helps brighten up your day. All humans makes affirmations, whether it is from themselves or others.

If you have already forgotten when was the last time you last give compliments to others, today will be a great day to start. See how the simple act of acknowledging others can transform your day and the lives of others.

Remember, no act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted. What a beautiful quote by Aesop.

Jennifer Chung - One Talented Singer

Actually, I only get to know her, Jennifer Chung, through one concidence search on YouTube, trying to find my friend's baby's video.

However, I was really glad to have found her videos. Quite contrary, I became more interested in her songs than my friend's baby's video! Lolx...

So who is this Jennifer Chung after all? Erm... that is one tough question to answer. I only know she is half Korean and half American (and that explains her sweet look!). If you like to know more about her and her happenings, you can head on to her website,

Also, she does own a YouTube channel with 51,140 subscribers!! That shows how famous and popular she is! If you take some time to read the comments of her videos, you will see that many people actually agree with me that Jennifer is indeed one very talented singer. Nice voice, very captivating.

I spent around 30 minutes going through her songs. I like most of them. However, those which I particularly like are the ones that originate from her and her guitaris, Johnny, the often forgotten hero working "behind" the scenes. In fact, I personally find that her own orignial songs better, able to resonate with me more! Oh my, didn't I say I like her!? =P

Alright, enough talking. Let's hear some great music. Below is one of her few but growing original songs. For the lyrics, you can head down to and read them off from the description area by the side of the video.

Also, don't forget to check out her other orignial songs as well! Equally, if not, nicer!

Oh, by the way, if you want, you can also check out her fan clucb on Facebook. Currently, there are already 7891 fans and growing! Certainly, I add to tha number too! Lolx...

If you too recognize her talent, why don't you also contribute to the number?
